Inspiration
Second in a series of pieced bird blocks, based on the Bird block made for the Block Lotto earlier this year.
Details
Like yesterday's feathered friend, this quilt block is 6 inches square (finished size, when it is sewn into a quilt.) I used my Bird Block pattern (which you can download from the Block Patterns page on my Sophie Junction blog, but added shorter legs and no sky above the bird to create a square block.
